Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.

Our dogs are more than pets, they are family!

We understand the special bond with your pup is fleeting, which is why we are here.

We'll capture your dog's unique personality and make it last for many years to come. Whether your dog is a goofball, a workaholic, a sweetheart, a social butterfly, a natural introvert, or anything in between, we want her personality to shine through the images.

At Paws and Play Studio, we strive to create striking photographs that showcase your dog's spirit. We love images that tell a story, set a tone, and most importantly, bring smiles on our clients' faces.

  • celebrate their dog's birthday or adoption milestone;

  • have phones that's overloaded with photos of their dog, but none of the photos are of print quality;

  • understand memories are priceless;

  • agree that dogs' only fault is their lives are too short;

  • smile at the thought of their dog;

  • treasure having a fun and joyful experience with their dog by their side;

  • live and breathe a house is not a home without a photograph or two (or three!) of their dog;

  • need someone to capture the special bond between them and their dog;

  • want to gift something truly unique to their dog-loving special someone!

I am the photographer behind Paws and Play Studio and widely known to dogs as the treat lady. Thank you so much for visiting our page!

Dogs bring me an immense amount of happiness. What I admire the most about this super special creature is that they remind us playtime is of the utmost importance! (You can see Otto, pictured above, was not having fun inside the studio, haha!) With dogs, I find myself breathing fresh air, staying active, and laughing all the time!

My professional background lies in visual storytelling and positive dog training. I was a filmmaker before launching my dog training business--I guess working with dogs has always been my calling! I have years of experience working with a variety of breeds, ages, and personalities under my belt, rest assured I am pretty good at making your dog happy and at ease! I am thrilled (and extremely grateful) to combine my expertise and passions to run Paws and Play Studio!

I grew up in Taiwan and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area at the age of ten. I was a trainer-mentor at Animal Behavior College and received my BFA degrees from Parsons School of Design and Art Center College of Design. Besides photographing my clients' furry best friends, I also photograph my foster dogs and shelter dogs to make them more adoptable. I volunteer with Copper's Dream Rescue and Doggie Protective Services.

When I'm not working, I travel as much as I possibly can--I thrive on learning about new cultures and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I reside in Belmont, California, happily married and proudly owned by our Westie, Otto!

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you want professional photos of your furry best friend! I hope to hear from you soon.

With love,
