Bay Area’s Most Adorable Travel Guide is Coming Soon…Will Your Dog be a Part of It?

We’re creating a travel guide that features dog-friendly spots in the Bay Area and we need your dog to fill us in on their favorite places in and around the San Francisco Bay Area!

It can be their favorite hiking trail or the perfect beach to romp off-leash. Perhaps it’s a quiet, but charming neighborhood park or the perfect stroll with a view! For our urban dwellers, what about a favorite café, doggie bakery, or pet boutique that carries the yummiest treats and pawsome gear? And let’s not forget day trips: hello, wine country!

We’re up for any adventure–if it comes highly recommended by your doggo, we’d love to feature it in our guide along with your pup!

Besides All the Fun, We’re Giving Back

You’ve surely heard–or said–the phrase, “You’re so cute, I just want to eat you up!”

Of course, it’s meant metaphorically. But here’s the heartbreaking truth: Every year, countless dogs–pups no different from yours or mine, except by circumstance of birth–are at great risk of being captured, sold, and killed in slaughterhouses.

2. No-Stress Photo Session

Aka puppy playdate! We’ll laugh, play and love on your dog at your dog’s absolute favorite location! I’ll use my dog-trainer tricks to set up some shots, but don’t worry  —  there's no pressure for your dog to "perform." It’s time to just paws and play!

We’ll view the best images from our session and you can purchase wall art, prints for the desk, or digital files if you wish. No purchase required.

Frequently Asked Questions

+Is this only for San Francisco?

No, it’s for the entire Bay Area! We welcome recommendations from all nine counties, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma.

+What if my dog cannot be trusted off-leash?

Believe it or not, most of our dogs are photographed on leash and we remove the leash when we retouch your final images! Safety is our number one concern and we’d never put your dog in harm’s way. Training is not required for a successful photo session, we welcome dogs of all training levels.

+I just want to be in the book. Do I have to buy anything?

Not at all! If you're only here to be in the book, that's absolutely fine and welcomed! A Dog's Guide to San Francisco will be available for purchase for $85 plus shipping.

+Can I have a longer session?

You can upgrade your session to a 90-minute session for $50. This is perfect if you want additional images to select from during our ordering appointment.

+Can I include all the dogs in my house?

You have the option to add up to two additional dogs from the same household at $25/dog.

+Do you photograph people with their dogs?

Absolutely! I love capturing the bond and connection between dogs and their owners. Although the majority of the session will be focused on your pup, I’m always happy to set aside time to photograph dogs with their families! Note: only photographs of dogs will be featured in the book.

+What products do you offer?

We offer matted prints, wall art (framed print, canvas, metal, and acrylic), tabletop display, as well as digital negatives. All items are of exceptional quality and come with a 100-year archival guarantee.

A single digital negative starts at $250, wall art starts from $400, matted print bundles start from $450, and wall art collections start from $1,350.

+What about COVID-19?

We wear masks and maintain a safe social distance of 6’ during our photo sessions. We ask you to also wear a face covering when you show up to our session. Ordering appointments will take place virtually via Zoom.
