2021 Dog Photo Calendar Fundraiser
Last year, in partnership with Copper’s Dream Animal Rescue, we hosted our first annual calendar photo contest fundraiser. It was not an easy year for rescues as in-person adoption and fundraiser events were not possible due to the pandemic, but in the end, this fundraiser worked out very well since everything was done virtually! Thank you, technology!
We were able to raise $12,966 from the contest, plus another $615 from the sale of the calendar! We were all so thrilled and grateful for the amazing turnout–we have such a wonderful and supportive dog-loving community here in the Bay Area!
For our 13 winning entries (14 dogs total), I photographed them in San Francisco, San Mateo, Belmont, and Palo Alto by splitting them up into various groups. Besides having to deal with Covid-19, we also struggled with scheduling due to our crazy fire season last year! After multiple delays, we were able to get all the pups photographed and have the calendar ready by the holiday season.
Below are all the dogs featured in our 2021 calendar, plus their photography locations!
