Frequently asked questions

What if my dog cannot be trusted off leash?

Our Studio Sessions take place in an enclosed, private studio so no leash is required. For Experience Sessions, safety is our number one priority and we would never put your dog at risk! Believe it or not, most dogs are leashed during Experience Sessions and we erase the leashes during post processing to produce clean and gorgeous final images.

How many dogs can be photographed in a session?

Our Experience Sessions include two dogs, but we can accommodate up to three dogs per session at the price of $50 for the third dog. Studio Sessions allow one dog per session. If you would like to photograph your dogs together, please reserve one session per dog to ensure we have ample amount of time.

do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do! Send us a message via our Contact Us page to custom order your gift certificate. We do recommend reviewing our Session and Product Information Guide and talking it over with the person you are gifting prior to purchasing a gift certificate since what we offer is so personalized.

CAN I BE photographed WITH MY dog?

For Experience Sessions: absolutely! We love capturing the special bond between dogs and their owners! Although we primarily focus on dog photography, we are happy to set aside some time to include you with your dog. We will discuss what you want to get out of your session during our consultation. At this time, our Studio Sessions are for dogs only.

Can we do in-home sessions?

For young puppies, senior dogs, shy dogs, or dogs with mobility issues, a home environment can sometimes be the best option, just as long as there is some open outside space and abundant light. Open shade under trees, awnings, or decks can provide soft, filtered light, while uncluttered rooms with big windows or skylights may be suitable for indoor settings.

Yes, we do, and with pleasure! We strongly believe in giving back to the community and saving as many lives as possible. Please fill out the form under Contact Us if you are looking for a professional pet photographer and dog trainer to take pictures of your shelter dogs. We have volunteered with Copper's Dream Rescue, Pets In Need, and Doggie Protective Services.

Are you for hire ON commercial projects?

To fellow dog-business owners: we would love to collaborate with you! We have worked with Wag Hotel Santa Clara, Wagly Pet Campus in San Jose, and Curry n Pepper ayurveda dog food. Please fill out the form under Contact Us with a brief description of your project and we will be in touch shortly.
